Q. Can I add a logo to my design?
A. Yes. Insert, remove, copy any type of graphics to your template using Word.
Q. Can I save my template after I make all my edits?
A. Yes.
Q. I don't have Microsoft Word Installed, can I still use your templates?
A. If Microsoft Word is not installed on your PC. We can re-format your template into Microsoft Publisher, Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe Acrobat. We typically re-format our templates to our customer needs. So please let us know what format you would like your template in.
Q. Is there an extra charge for re-formating a template to a specific format.
A. Typically no. But it depends on what program and how much time it will take us to re-format. If there is a charge, we will let you know beforehand. PLEASE NOTE: If you have Microsoft Word, none of this is neccesary.
Q. Are your templates in High Resolution?
A. Yes. Our templates come in HIGH RESOLUTION 300 DPI for outstanding quality printing.
Q. Can I email my template to a client?
A. Absolutley! But we recommend sending your clients a low resolution version of your design. As the High resolution files tend to be large in file size.
Q. If I would like to purchase more than 1 template, do you offer any discounts?
A. Yes. If you purchase more then 3 templates, or the amount is equal to or more then $50.00, we will honor a 10% off discount to your order.
Q. Can I post a high resolution version of my Gift Certificate on my website for my clients to download?
A. No. The High Resolution version is only for your editing and printing purposes. Sharing of high resolution editable graphic elements is not allowed.
Q. Is special paper required to print my Gift Certificate?
A. No. Regular standard paper will work great. But we do recommend using a heavier card stock. It just looks better! Looks more professional! Since our templates are high resolution they will print nicely on heavier card stock. We highly recommend it!
Q. Do you offer print services for my Gift Certificates?
A. Not at this time. We will be opening this service to the public very soon!
